It takes about 24-28 hours for orders to be filled and processed (except weekends and holidays).
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase. Any newly packaged, unopened product may be returned. A refund or replacement will be given upon return of items. Please notify us prior to returning the product so that we can prepare the paperwork ahead of time. Please send returns to us by UPS or insured receipt for your protection.
Cancelled orders: Customers are billed as there order is shipped. An order can be cancelled if we haven't shipped your order yet. Once the product has shipped, we no longer have possession of it and you will need to return the products as described above upon receipt of the merchandise. We generally ship orders within 24 - 28 hours after they are placed (except holidays and weekends). Once the merchandise is returned to our company, we will issue a refund.
Shipping: You can place the order online, phone the order in, or fax the order. Please include a shipping cost of $4.95 per order for ground shipment. Orders over $100.00 get free GROUND shipping. For international orders additional shipping fees will be charged (approximately$20.00).
